Focus: When you work out with a trainer at a larger health club you face the twin obstacles of waiting for equipment and of being “judged” by other members for even using a trainer. Both are a distraction to your training. At Definitions only a handful of trainers and clients are in the gym at any one time. So you can stay focused and get results.
Efficiency: We understand that your time is valuable. Not only are our trainers always on time, they’ll make sure you never waste a minute of your workout, accomplishing more in one session than would be possible in multiple sessions elsewhere.
Privacy: We all have heard the stories of poor locker room behavior and overcrowding. Some of us just aren’t so crazy about disrobing in front of strangers. At Definitions you change and shower in complete privacy. Your gear is laundered and placed back in your own permanent locker, so you don’t have to lug your sneakers, workout clothes and toiletries to the gym.
Scheduling: Don’t think we’ll let you miss easily. We are only happy if you are working out consistently. But if you can’t make your regular time we’ll book you at another time or with someone else. We’re here for the convenience of your schedule, not the trainer’s. This flexibility provides a stark contrast to the kind of personal training available at large health clubs where trainers would rather see their client miss an appointment than train with an alternate trainer.
