Because everyone defines himself or herself differently, all new clients must undergo an initial consultation consisting of:
- A complete and thorough questionnaire;
- Tests for blood pressure, body fat composition, aerobic, and strength ability;
- A warm-up on a variety of cardiovascular equipment;
- Basic core exercises emphasizing abdominal and lower back strength;
- Strength training to build endurance, coordination and balance;
- Stretching to improve flexibility and recovery.
During subsequent sessions, your trainer will tailor an exercise regimen to your individual fitness goals. Over time, as we get to know each other better the variety and intensity of your regimen will increase.
