Definitions was founded in 1983 for New Yorkers who understand the value of total fitness but who haven’t been able to reach their goals on their own.
Almost all our clients consider themselves too busy to work out, but by working with a Definitions personal trainer they do work out regularly and have the results to prove it.

Session Information

  • Workout sessions typically last 55 minutes.
  • Clients should, on average, workout no less then twice a week. For example, a block of 40 workout sessions should be completed within 20 weeks of the purchase date.
  • If a client stops exercising and does not notify (in writing) Definitions of their absence, any workouts remaining on the clients account will be forfeited six months form the date of the last workout.
  • You may obtain a refund less any sessions used within 72 hours of your purchase, if you move more than five miles away from any of our locations, or if you receive a doctors note that you can no longer train.
