Only family members are eligible to share an account.
Refunds are available under two conditions: if you provide a doctor’s note stating you can no longer train, or if you request a refund within 72 hours of purchase. Refunds are less any sessions used and include a $450 cancellation fee.
No, workout sessions are non-transferable.
If you discontinue training and fail to notify us in writing, any workouts remaining on your account will be forfeited six months from the date of your last workout.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled workout will result in the loss of that session. However, if you cancel within 24 hours, you can reschedule for a different time on the same day, provided a trainer is available. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance carry no penalty.
Our facilities operate by appointment only, ensuring a safe, limited-capacity, and distraction-free environment. Weekday hours are from 6 am to 10 pm, and weekend hours are from 8 am to 6 pm.
Yes, you can choose to train at either of our two locations—19 Union Square West and 133 E. 58th St. This flexibility allows you to pick the most convenient location on any given day.
Each private training session lasts approximately 55 minutes.
No, we do not charge membership or initiation fees. You only pay for the sessions you book.
Yes, you can choose either a standing schedule for consistent times or a flexible schedule to accommodate varying routines.
We recommend no less than two workouts per week. For example, 40 workout sessions should be completed within 20 weeks of the purchase date.
